TRADITION AND FAMILY
We are a family with a Galician soul and deep roots in the hospitality tradition of the Rías Baixas. After years dedicated to cooking, we decided to go one step further and open our own restaurant, very close to the Portuguese border, where time seems to slow down and the old still has value.
Here, authenticity rules. Our cuisine is a tribute to the grill, the product and the land. 95% of our menu is cooked over real fire, in HBE charcoal ovens, because we believe that only in this way can the original flavour of each ingredient be respected. We work with selected meats, fresh fish, seafood from the Atlantic and tapas that taste like Galicia.
We don't follow trends, we follow memories
Those of our grandmothers cooking, those of Sundays with the family, those of summer nights with seafood and Albariño wine. Every dish we serve carries a bit of that history.
